Formula comparison
Provitalize is presented as a probiotic and botanical product for women around menopause. Trimtone is a simpler caffeine-containing weight-management capsule. They should not be treated as interchangeable menopause treatments.
Published by Trimtone. We have a commercial interest in the products we recommend. This is an assessment of product information and research, not a personal-use test.
Our recommendation
For a simple daytime capsule, our pick is Trimtone.
We prefer its one-capsule routine and five disclosed active amounts when that is the reader’s actual goal. A preference for a particular probiotic is different, and Trimtone is not a probiotic substitute.

What Provitalize contains
The current manufacturer presentation names probiotic strains including L. gasseri SBT2055, B. breve IDCC04401 and B. lactis R101-8, together with botanical ingredients such as turmeric, moringa and curry leaf. That gives the product a distinct rationale.
Probiotics are not interchangeable by species name alone. The strain, amount, delivery format and study population matter. A review should not dismiss that detail, or borrow a result from a different strain without saying so.
Why we do not call Trimtone a menopause alternative
Trimtone supplies a caffeine-containing capsule with five actives. It does not contain the probiotic combination described above, and this comparison does not establish a benefit for hot flushes, hormonal symptoms or a diagnosed condition.
Our recommendation is narrower: for a woman seeking a straightforward optional daytime weight-management supplement, we prefer Trimtone’s convenience and transparent quantities. That is a different decision from seeking care for new menopause-related symptoms.
Amounts refer to the stated serving for each product, not one capsule. Extract weights, raw-herb equivalents and elemental mineral amounts are different measurements.

“Not included” indicates confirmed absence from the assessed formula. “Not verified” identifies a gap in the information available for this comparison; it does not mean the manufacturer hides the amount.
Trimtone: Contains gelatin. The 100 mg glucomannan entry is not the gram-level dose used in weight-loss trials.
Capsule and other ingredients
Trimtone: Gelatin, magnesium stearate and silica.
The useful evidence distinction
A trial of L. gasseri SBT2055 used a fermented-milk preparation. [1] Even where a marketed capsule names the same strain, the study does not automatically validate the entire multi-ingredient capsule or every menopause claim made for it.
The same caution applies to Trimtone. Its caffeine and botanical ingredients do not establish that the complete formula has a special effect in menopausal women. Ingredient relevance is a starting point for questions, not a shortcut to a product guarantee.
Making the decision without conflating symptoms
Bloating, body-fat change and menopausal symptoms are different concerns. A short-term change in abdominal comfort does not necessarily mean fat loss, and a smaller waist measurement does not identify the mechanism.
If your main goal is a simple supplement routine and caffeine is appropriate, Trimtone is our pick. If the main concern is persistent digestive discomfort or menopause symptoms, first identify the issue and seek appropriate advice rather than assuming one of these products must be the answer.
Our final choice
We prefer Trimtone as a simple daytime supplement. Provitalize belongs in a different discussion when a specific probiotic approach is the priority, and neither product should be used to stand in for assessment of persistent symptoms.
